How to Volunteer

The 2026 Nowthen Threshing Show is just around the corner, and we're looking for volunteers to help make this year's show another great success!

As many of you know, the Nowthen Historical Power Association is an all-volunteer organization. Every exhibit, activity, parking lot, people mover drivers, and demonstration is made possible because of dedicated volunteers who generously give their time. Whether you can help for a few hours or throughout the weekend, your support truly makes a difference.

**This year we really need help with Train Volunteers and a Chairperson to take over the train, with out volunteers and a chairperson, there is a chance the train may not operate during the show.

No previous experience is necessary—there's a place for everyone, and we'd be happy to help you find an area that matches your interests.

Volunteering is not only a great way to meet fellow members, preserve our agricultural heritage, and help create an enjoyable experience for the thousands of visitors who attend each year, but it’s also fun and rewarding.
